We had an issue with our septic system overflowing, so I reached out to RPM Septic Systems. They actually called me back first and reminded me they had pumped the tank just six months ago, so it was unlikely to be full again so soon. They suggested they would come and check the filter first, which made a lot of sense. That’s exactly what they did—and once they replaced the damaged filter, the water level went right back down. Ralph Merlow was extremely knowledgeable about our current septic system which we were concerned about its condition and capacity.
