Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. I had RPM service my septic system. First time I used them. They were great to work with - very communicative and flexible about scheduling service. They did a great job emptying the tank and replacing the filter. Really happy to have found them.

Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. We had an issue with our septic system overflowing, so I reached out to RPM Septic Systems. They actually called me back first and reminded me they had pumped the tank just six months ago, so it was unlikely to be full again so soon. They suggested they would come and check the filter first, which made a lot of sense. That’s exactly what they did—and once they replaced the damaged filter, the water level went right back down. Not only did that save me the cost of an unnecessary pumping, but it also gave me real peace of mind knowing I can trust them. Really appreciate the help—thank you!

Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Ralph Merlow was extremely knowledgeable about our current septic system which we were concerned about its condition and capacity. He took the time to answer all of questions and called, on the spot, on our behalf, an engineer who he has worked with for decades to help us figure out next steps.
