I contacted Jamie about two months ago to obtain an estimate for myself and my neighbor for the future. The estimate I received was reasonable and the service was excellent today. We have twin tanks, he made sure both of them were pumped out as promised. I came across RPM septic about 2 years ago when we just got our tanks cleaned by another company but we experienced drainage issues that no other company was willing to help us out with. I called RPM one morning and the gentleman on the phone (unfortunately didn't catch the name at that time) was kind enough to troubleshoot the possibilities of what we were experiencing without us being existing customers and nothing in return. It turned out to be what he suspected at the end after us getting the run around by different plumbing companies. That's when we decided we would use RPM for our next septic clean up.
